If your flight is early, we will endeavour to have your room ready as early as possible, but due to our
check out time of 11 a.m, it is impossible to have all of the rooms serviced any earlier than 1 p.m. We can take care of your luggage until your room is ready. If the room has not been reserved for the previous evening,
then of course you are welcome to an early check in."

Note: Check ins are between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. unless alternative arrangements have
been made.
Reservations.
We will confirm reservations on receipt of one night’s accommodation charges, or 25% of the total due, whichever is the greater.(deposits must be made with credit card details, you
can fax, e-mail or phone the details through. Rooms are not considered reserved until we have deposit.. All reservation enquiries are subject to availability. Full payment is due on arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations Terms:
received less than 30 days prior to arrival may incur a $50 fee (depending on circumstances)
Cancellations received less than 14 days before travel will not be refunded
unless the accommodation booked can be filled. A late cancellation may incur an additional late cancellation fee of $100.
Any refund processed will be minus credit card charges
Our buildings are heritage listed, they are not fitted with elevators. However Ground floor accommodation is available, which is suitable for handicapped and elderly
people.
